General Miniature Schnauzer Information

• Miniature Schnauzers are an energetic breed and good for the whole family.
• We raise schnauzers that range in size from 9 lbs to 16 lbs. This is a good breed for families with younger children (under 8 years old).
• Schnauzers are intelligent dogs and will learn fast with the proper training and consistency.
• Schnauzers come in various colors:
  • salt & pepper (a white, gray, and black mix) some can be darker and some can be lighter
  • black (can have white markings)
  • white (which can turn to a light silver color when older)
  • black & silver (black is the main color with silver being on the legs and face)
  • salt & pepper parti or black parti (parti means there are patches of white)
• Schnauzers don't shed but need frequent grooming to keep their hair clean, tangle free, and in a standard hair cut.
